Set in the Nexus, a vast plane of existence with multiple themed regions, where characters from all across pop culture seek refuge after their respective universes were destroyed. By whom, or what? Nobody knows, not even by the omniscient gods that existed in fiction.
The player takes the role of the Wayfarer, a human who is destined to mend reality back to normal, or destroy existence completely.
